Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and iPlay Global LLC for iplay.wtf, our mobile games, and iPlay Live. iPlay Global LLC is a Virginia limited liability company.
The games are iPlay Dice (Cee-Lo & Craps), iPlay Cards, and Cornhole, which is coming soon. iPlay Live is the community and social side. A Join the Scene feature is planned, and people may be able to upload photos there.
Acceptance
By using the site, a game, or iPlay Live, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the site, the games, or any iPlay service. That includes iPlay Dice (Cee-Lo & Craps), iPlay Cards, Cornhole when it is available, this website, and iPlay Live. By using them, you confirm you are 18+.
The same age rule applies to Join the Scene photo submissions. Submitters must be 18+. You may only submit photos of people who are 18+ and have consented.
Accounts
Some features may ask you to create an account. You are responsible for what happens on your account and for keeping your login to yourself. If you think someone else is using it, email sme@iplay.wtf. We may refuse or close an account that breaks these terms.
Acceptable use and community conduct
Be decent to other people. Do not use iPlay to break the law, harass anyone, post someone else’s private information, upload harmful software, cheat in a way that hurts other players, or interfere with the site, the games, or iPlay Live. We may remove content or limit access when someone does those things.
User content and license
You keep ownership of photos and other content you submit, including photos you submit to Join the Scene. You give iPlay Global LLC permission to host, display, and share that content as needed to run the feature you used. We may feature a submitted photo on the site or on social media only with your permission.
You promise you have the right to submit what you send. Submitters must be 18+, and you may only submit photos of people who are 18+ and have consented. You can ask us to take down a photo you submitted by emailing sme@iplay.wtf.
Games, virtual items and purchases
The games are for entertainment only, with no real-money gambling. There is no cash prize and no cash-out. Virtual items inside a game have no real-world cash value.
Purchases made through app stores follow those stores’ terms, including how refunds work. We do not set the store rules.
Intellectual property
The iPlay names, logos, and art belong to iPlay Global LLC. The games, the site, and iPlay Live are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy our names, logos, or art for your own product, except for the limited use these terms allow. Photos you submit stay yours, as described above.
Third-party services
iPlay may rely on other companies for things like hosting, email, analytics, and app stores, and it may link to social pages or stores. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for them.
Disclaimers
The site, the games, and iPlay Live are provided as they are. Features can change, and some, including Join the Scene, are still planned. We work to keep things running, and we do not promise that every feature will always be available or free of errors, to the extent the law allows that disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, iPlay Global LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or downtime, that come from your use of the site, the games, or iPlay Live. If we are found liable, the total is limited to the amount you paid iPlay Global LLC for the product at issue during the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limit is the smallest one the law allows.
Indemnification
If your content or your use of iPlay leads to a claim against us — for example, a photo you did not have the right to share — you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.
Termination
You can stop using iPlay at any time. We can suspend or end access if you break these terms, or if we stop offering a game or a feature. Sections that should still apply after that, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, stay in effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia are the place for disputes, except where the law says a dispute belongs somewhere else.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date at the top. If you keep using iPlay after an update, the new terms apply.
